At the CAB we try to help people to know and understand their rights and obligations and how to use this information to get the best outcomes, provide people with the confidence and support they need to take action, and work for positive social change within communities and wider society. We provide a free, confidential and independent service to all.

Future Whangaparaoa
A partnership project between the Hibiscus Coast Family Centre Trust, Future Whangaparaoa Trust, and a steering group of local social service providers, the hub is a place of connection and support for everyone living in Whangaparaoa. Until a permanent hub building can be realised, a temporary 'pop-up' hub has been established to provide a point of connection for community organisations, social service providers and residents.

Grandparents parenting Grandchildren
HBCGPG are dedicated to providing a full wrap-around support service to grandparents who are the primary caregivers to their grandchildren, offering practical support, pastoral care and companionship to families on the Hibiscus Coast and all surrounding areas. We have a Support Group Meeting each month in Orewa, occasionally with a guest speaker to offer us advice and share their knowledge, and we complete the meeting with a free hot lunch. We also have a weekly Coffee Group in various locations, where we come together in a more informal space to share with one another and enjoy time together.

HBC Parents Centre
Hibicus Coast Parents Centre is an independent, volunteer-led centre that is part of the wider Parents Centre Aotearoa network. Our local educators provide professional antenatal courses (covering pregnancy, labour, childbirth and care of a newborn) using evidence-based information, to ensure parents are well-informed and confident going into the early years of parenting.

Love Soup
The Love Soup Mission Statement is to Rescue Food & Distribute to organizations that help people in need Feeding the hungry in mind, body and spirit. To treat our guests with the dignity and love that we would a guest in our own home. Give people opportunities to serve in various areas where Food allows us to provide for, Community meals, School Lunches, Care Packages for Homeless. PHAB
PHAB is an inclusive organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Our members are encouraged to choose activities within our Social Groups, giving them the opportunity to develop social skills and confidence. Through our weekly social groups for people 16 and over, members build friendships, integrate into their communities, and most importantly have fun! Red Beach Surf Life Saving Club
For over 70 years, the Red Beach Surf Life Saving Club has been providing a vital service to the local community. Our primary goal is to keep beachgoers as safe as possible during patrol hours. We patrol the beach, train lifeguards, and teach and guide our Junior Surf members, the lifeguards of the future. We pride ourselves on being a family-oriented club and welcome all ages and abilities to become involved.

Te Rito Rodney
Te Rito Rodney is a local family violence prevention network. It is focussed on education and awareness raising for family violence prevention. The network coordinates training and support workforce capability development. They also advocate strategically at a local and national level for a safer Rodney community. At YES, we work closely with Ministers, Government officials and organisations within the youth and disability sectors, enabling us to provide our members with high support and information tailored to their individual needs. YES is also the central access point for information, support and innovation for all disabled people, their families/whanau, support people, health professionals and organisations.
