The Pest Free Hibiscus Coast Project is working towards making the Hibiscus Coast a safe, healthy habitat for native plants and animals, transitioning from sanctuaries at Tiritiri Matangi and Shakespear, along the peninsula and surrounding areas, to be enjoyed and cared for by the community. We are working towards this goal with a team of volunteers and wish to involve the youth as the future caretakers of this land. There are a range of options for youth involvement in the project.
